Biagio brings fifteen years of small business experience in the catering and restaurant industries to his practice. In addition, he ran a successful web design consulting company catering to the technological needs of small businesses for eleven years. His representative clients included restaurants, sports leagues, Internet service providers, general contractors, e-businesses and franchisees.
Biagio received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in Political Science (2000). He received his juris doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. He is proficient in Italian and Spanish.
